C-Energy is rightly proud of very low fluctuation of employees. This is very good for the company especially with regards to the fact that the production equipment in the plant is very varied and complicated and therefore the required training time is long. Some colleagues spend literally all their life with the company. Our colleague Bohouš Loudín celebrated 50th anniversary of his employment in the Planá heating/power plant. Fifty years ago, on 17th June 1969, he started a summer job in the heating plant, he remained with the company as an apprentice, went through several job positions in the course of years and has remained till today. We had a special cake made for him to celebrate this unique anniversary.
Beside ordinary summer operation and regular maintenance the company staff have been busy implementing a number of development projects.
