As of 10 March 2026 C-energy s.r.o., as the operator of the local distribution system (LDS), adopts the operational rules for its LDS from the superior distribution system operated by EG.D, s.r.o.
This document is also issued in accordance with the Energy Act (Act No. 458/2000 Coll., as amended) and its implementing regulations.
The Distribution System Operation Rules of EG.D, s.r.o., as amended (PPDS EG.D, s.r.o.), shall therefore, for the purposes of operating the C-energy LDS, be considered the Rules for the Operation of a Local Distribution System (PPLDS).
